Whether patients come from an intensive care or general

respiratory staff, Triumph provides critical care intervention
when conditions warrant. Our physicians consult with specialists
to ensure patients with specific problems achieve the best
possible outcomes.
Wound Management Program
At Triumph, we believe the most comprehensive approach to
wound management involves an interdisciplinary team of
professionals collaborating to evaluate and develop a plan of
care focused on promotion, maintenance, rehabilitation and
restoration of patient health.
Triumph Wound Management provides the community with
a full-service wound management program. We serve as a
referral center for community physicians, providing complete
wound management assessments.
Chronic Wounds
Our patients require high acuity wound management for
draining wounds and fistulae and complex management of
the acute or unstable chronic wounds. Chronic wounds
are classified into the following categories:
- Pressure Ulcers
- Ischemic Ulcers
- Post-Surgical or Post-Trauma
- Diabetic/Neuropathic Ulcers
- Venous Stasis Ulcers
- Peripheral Vascular Disease
