Triumph HealthCare is one of the largest and leading providers of long-term acute care in the nation. For long-term, intensive care beyond the scope of a traditional hospital, trust Triumph’s experienced professionals. With advanced technologies, innovative treatment protocols, and compassionate care, we are dedicated to helping improve the quality of life for all of our patients.

Whether patients come from an intensive care or general medical setting, Triumph is capable of dealing with a wide spectrum of acute care needs, including multiple system involvement such as heart, pulmonary, renal, neurologic and infectious diseases. With our ACLS Certified nursing and respiratory staff, Triumph provides critical care intervention when conditions warrant. Our physicians consult with specialists to ensure patients with specific problems achieve the best possible outcomes.
