Although Triumph had performed all its contractual obligations at the Town & Country location, where they operated since December 2005, MPT did not recognize Triumph’s ten year sublease and sold the property to Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. Memorial Hermann in turn negotiated a short term lease with Triumph that allowed them time to complete the relocation without suspending operations.
“We moved 14 patients and all went extremely smooth,” relayed Eileen Branscome, CEO for Triumph Hospital West Houston. “Our medical staff has been very supportive and is excited to have Triumph co-located within an active hospital again” added Branscome.
